Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

For the safety of all customers, ApothekeGerman has a policy that does not allow the return of any prescribed medication. This is because returned medicines cannot be resold to other customers. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, we recommend taking it to a local pharmacy where they can properly dispose of the products in a safe manner.

Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel and return the medication for a refund if the following condition occurs, prescribed medication;
  • not as ordered
  • damaged or faulty
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel an order up until the point your medication is dispatched. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected] If you are e-mailing us or writing to us please include the following details; Full Name, Order Number, and Date of Birth to help us to identify your order. Please note that if your cancellation notice is by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date the email is received. To cancel a contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.

Refund

ApothekeGerman is committed to providing refunds for medication purchases. We will refund the full price of the medication, including the additional cost incurred in returning the medication. However, please be aware that we are legally permitted to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to improper handling that would not be allowed in a shop. Additionally, we will refund any delivery costs you have paid. However, as allowed by law, the maximum refund amount will be based on the cost of the least expensive delivery method we offer, provided that it is a commonly accepted method. For example, if we offer both 1-3 day delivery at one cost and 24-hour delivery at a higher cost, we will only refund the amount you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or debit card used for the original payment. In the case of a partial refund, we reserve the right to issue a refund via cheque. If the card you used for payment expires before the refund is processed, please contact us to provide your updated card details.
